Raw Buckwheat Porridge with Coconut Cream is one of the best breakfasts or afternoon snacks ever! In a bowl put in 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut cream (or butter) concentrate (Artisana makes a good one) and mix with water for desired consistency and sweetness.
