Change, Exhaustion, Repair & Emerge
Perhaps this is the story for many of you. We are all in the swirl of change, which is calling forth the deepest part of ourselves to show up. I hope you are all doing well and send love and blessings to those who have lost loved ones, been ill, lost their jobs, homes and/or your dignity and hope. It is quite a ride.
I, like many of you recently went through radical changes, which challenged me to the core. Please read my story HERE if you care to take a little of the journey with me. From it you may relate to what it feels like to freaking go out of your mind and fall to your knees. I know that may sound a little dramatic, but that is how it was for me.
Change calls for transition and hopefully a new emergence. For me, it was like the journey of the Butterfly, painful but ultimately beneficial. Have I emerged as beautiful as one of those colorful winged ones? Well, I doubt that, but I did emerge as good as I know I can, which is all we can ask of ourselves.
I turned 75 in July, and because my challenges and changes drained every part of me, I emerged with a thirst to find everything I could to help us all reboot and navigate through the times, and inspire health and vitality through the already challenges of aging.
During, what I call, my radical two moves, I grew my white hair out, took some new pictures and launched Seed To Soul, an interview series to bring you the treasures available for us to Age Beautifully and with Vitality.
First up in the launch of Seed to Soul is Patricia O’Neill who is an expert on Flower Essences. Patricia shares the Power of Flower and how Flower Essences can help release trauma and so much more. There are some that can help dramatically while going through tough times, which was the case for me. My MOVE, which you can read about HERE is where I discovered just how powerful they are.
We need everything we can get to help us navigate through the enormous changes many of us are going through so that we can emerge like the Butterfly.
