I make smoothies using collard or kale(a few leaves)2 stalks celery, 1/2 or less granny smith apple, and 1 cup water, and blend it in my vita-mix, I add a couple tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixture if it's a little strong tasting and I usually drink it all at one time and it is filling.clean-up is much faster than if I juiced these ingredients and of course I get all the fiber this way, too.
