Best Spices Ever - Keep It Simple

In the spirit of SIMPLE, and DELICIOUS comes the most perfect blend of spices you have ever used. My friends, Bella & Ray, created Bellalicious, a gourmet blend of flavorful spices that have changed my life in the kitchen. You must try these while they are offering a 15% discount on their bundles and the Ultimate Chef Collection, which is pictured above.

Here is why I recommend these “perfect” spice blends. When I was first introduced to them, I thought that it was a nice idea, but decided not to order them since I am already a chef and have my spice routine down. To be honest I am a bit of a minimalist when it comes to fancy spice blends. Many of you know that I am “all about simple”. Well, I am no longer skeptical, because I tried all of the blends and love each one. Here are some of the reasons why:

  1. Their blends are perfect. Yes, perfect. They have the perfect amount of salt and all the other spices that put together flavors we have become to love in all culinary types.

  2. They provide simplicity in the kitchen. No need for a bunch of spice bottles that are not used often, to become lifeless and without flavor after sitting in a cabinet for a period of time.

  3. Another attraction to simplicity is that you can cook up something as simple as a pot of rice and beans, serve them in a bowl and then add (for instance), the Mexican spice blend. Top with a bit of olive oil, perhaps some fresh cabbage and avocado, and done!. Perfect!

  4. Want a potato/veggie soup? Use stock, veggies and the Jamaican Spice blend for an incredible new treat. And, there is stew, casseroles, spicy sauces, and dressings.

  5. Open a can of coconut milk, add some veggies and broth, or stock, and a dash of the Indian Spice blend, and there you have a traditional Indian curry soup. Or, cook a pot of lentils and make an instant Dahl. OMG, it is just so simple, nutritious and yummy!

  6. How about a pasta dish? The Italian Spice blend will spice up a can of tomatoes, garlic, onion and whatever else you love in a red sauce, and you will have a superb pasta and/or lasagna.

  7. Then there is the French Spice blend - one of my favorites. Best for tempeh, meat, chicken or tofu. Check out Bellalicious.com for awesome recipes.

  8. Want Gourmet dishes? No problem. There are countless recipes, many on the Bellalicious website to include these fabulous blends. In fact, if you are an instagram fan, follow Bella at: instagram.com/bellaliciousmaui.com.

I will be posting more ideas of how I have used these spices because I am so into them. Check out their website and use the coupon code SUSAN15 for a 15% discount until November 30th. I recommend purchasing the Ultimate Chef Collection for yourself and for friends for the perfect holiday gift.

Let me know what you think!

Food Matters Nutrition Certification Course - Open One More Day - Today!!"

So, many people say to me, “It’s easy for you, you like to cook”. They follow with some thing like, “I don’t like to cook, its just not my thing”. They say this as they are complaining about a breakdown in their body, one that could most likely be healed by a good cleanse and a nutritious diet.

They seek me out to learn what and how to change their diet. I know how they feel, because I really don’t like to cook either. What I do like is delicious fresh food, and to feel good, pain free, flexible, and have flowing digestion. I like being healthy.

Now, I am not saying its a perfect ride, and that I don’t have my issues, but I know my diet has a great influence on my health and life. And, thank God I educated myself, because things change as we grow with life. And, being in the kitchen together can be fun when we know what we are doing. This is why I am so passionate about encouraging you to become educated around nutrition. Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program re-opened for one for day, expiring tonight (Monday, the 17th, till 11:59 PST). It will be the gift that keeps on giving, Do it!!

Today, more than ever we must become an expert on diet and nutrition. We can’t trust medicine, agricultural practices or food manufacturers to protect us and keep us thriving. With todays state of the world it is essential that we learn everything we can about nutrition, especially if we are parents and/or in the aging population.

Our ancestors did not have this problem. Farmers grew good food from healthy soil, and we did not have the toxicity we do today. Today it takes a study. What used to be is no longer.

This is why I am encouraging you to become educated in the care of your body through nutrition. The Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program is a great opportunity because it includes so many wonderful teachers, plus a text and the opportunity to pay in monthly payments. It may seem overwhelming, just chunk it down a week at a time. I ask you to give it a real consideration.

Empower yourself, then we can start having fun in the kitchen - even though we don’t like to cook. Everything is more fun when we know what we are doing and why.

So, for those who don’t like to cook, here is a great way to enjoy carrots. Grate them on the smallest part of the grater. What emerges is a wet juicy pile of carrots that can be added to a salad, sandwich or just added to the side of your plate. Breaking down a carrot in this way, produces a much sweeter flavor. Kids love carrots this way because they are easy to chew and have the sweet juicy flavor. Top with a little olive oil and salt.

Great on avocado toast!

WHY I TOOK MY YOGA TEACHER TRAINING AT 67

This post is not particularly about Yoga, but about learning something that sticks, stays and integrates naturally into your self care practice.

I often need some inspiration to stay disciplined (with the exception of food- haha) with a exercise protocol. I liked yoga and knew it worked wonders, but never really got into it, if you know what I mean.

When I was in my early 50’s I had the opportunity to attend a yoga studio in Santa Cruz. I loved the atmosphere, the teachers and the style of the practice. But, when I moved away I never found “the perfect place again and.subsequently lost my dedicated practice.

But, I knew deep in me that learning yoga and practicing yoga as a dedicated practice was probably one of the single more powerful things I could do for myself for my years to come - in other words “for aging”. So, I signed up for a 30 day yoga teachers retreat in Mexico . It was grueling, but it worked. It gave me the foundation to practice at home, the insight for what was most important, and what to do when I was injured, tired and/or wanted to build stamina and/or flexibility. I wasn’t sure I wanted to teach yoga,. My intent to establish a strong practice. I wanted Yoga to become a part of me.

This is what I want for you. I want to encourage you to take a Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program. so that the right diet becomes a part of you. No second guessing, no wondering. Instead to become empowered, confident and knowledgable to make wise and healthy choices. When life throws you curves you will be ready. Take you and your body on a nutrition cruise. I guarantee you will not regret it.

The Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program is an incredible opportunity. When you finish it, you will come away with a complete understanding of how to nourish your body for the rest of your life. You will not be learning a “diet” so to speak, but the foundational principles around nutrition, gut health, cleansing, regenerating, aging, cooking methods, and so much more. It will be a gift to yourself and your family - a gift that keeps on giving. You will learn the language used in nutrition so as things change and we learn more, Having this knowing inside of you will make it MUCH easier to put a healthy diet and self care protocol into your daily life, now, and as you age.

Check out this fabulous opportunity from Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program, (and don’t miss the FREE masterclass series ) at an affordable price and time frame that you can customize to your own lifestyle and time. The program is only open for a few more days.

Food Matters More Thank You THINK! Yeah, I am IN!

Sign up HERE for the Free Masterclass series from Food Matters!

Many of my followers came my way through Food Matters or FMTV (remember the great movie titled “Food Matters”)? Or, you may have come to me through The Food Revolution Network (John & Ocean Robbins). Now almost 20 years later, despite all the messaging from these pioneers of nutrition, myself included, people still eat crappy food, foods that are causing inflammation, weight gain, digestive issues, daily pain, degenerative diseases and ultimately death. The state of our health is still declining from many factors, but food is up front and central. So, I am here to say as loud as I can, “FOOD MATTERS!”

The state of health has actually become worse as our food supply is also coming up short. Oh dear! What is really going on here and where is the help we need to create knowledge, inspiration and applied action to get and stay healthy? Well, it is here, right now!

The Food Matters Team - the nutrition pioneers we have grown to trust are offering a Nutrition Certification Program. Now, don’t think for a moment that you don’t need such an education because you do not plan a profession in nutrition. You might instead need this to educate "YOURSELF”. I encourage this because there are so many changing voices out there with regards to what I call FAD Diets.

There are also terms and a language the science of nutrition has that can seem complex, and hard to understand. Perhaps you are confused, or maybe your diet is impeccable and yet your are still suffering from health conditions and not regenerating like you think you should. Perhaps you are confused about which way to turn. My recommendation is to learn as much as you can about nutrition as you can from a respected source so that you are empowered to take control of your health for the rest of your life!

There is so much more I want to share about this nutrition certification program and food, but I will save it for another post. But, for now take advantage of the free 7 part masterclass series that Food Matters is launching this week! Sign up here and you will receive the links for a free new masterclass every day (begins on Sept. 27th) on subjects like, gut health, hormones, dealing with cravings, detoxing, and AGING (with yours truly).

Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to learn more and seriously consider taking this certification program. Do it for you and your family. Here is small clip from the first masterclass on Gut Health!

If you want to read more about “WHY I TOOK MY YOGA TEACHER TRAINING WHEN I WAS 67” got HERE to another blog post.

If you want to build a body to last a lifetime, you must get serious about food, your diet, where our food comes, how to cleanse, and so much more. Let’s turn away from the word “diet” and look into nourishment, cleansing and regenerating. This is what we are capable of. Go HERE to sign up for the Free Masterclass Series. I am thrilled and honored to be a part of the Food Matters team. Please join me!.

Powerful Digestive & Gut Health - Enliven Your Diet

Life begets Life!

That is what my first nutritional teacher taught me. So much of our food is devoid of life giving qualities. This is a time when we need to enliven our food in every way we can and give our system everything it needs to fuel as well as detoxify us. One of the best ways to do this is to put cultured fermented foods into your diet in a variety of delicious ways.

Here is a blend with cabbage, carrots, onions and garlic. Carrots and the onions add sweetness to the blend, while adding more cruciferous power.

There is so much more to fermented foods than cultured vegetable and/or sauerkraut. If you don’t like the taste of fermented veggies, then you are probably eating the wrong ones. Many people just use cabbage and perhaps some herbs and spices when making them, BUT, there are so many more veggies that can be used to make interesting flavorful blends. And, that’s not all. There are also beverages that you can easily make that are simple, delicious and fortifying.

Here is a cabbage, beet, onion, kale and ginger blend. The beets add sweetness and the ginger another digestive boost.

Take Beet Kvass, for example. This beverage is an elixir that will soothe your tummy and palate, and can be made with many different herbs for a variety of flavors. It is an excellent blood purifier and digestive aide. Every person I pour a glass for takes on a expression of surprise with their eyes lighting up while they ask for more. This incredible, easy to make tonic should be in everyone’s diet.

Beet Kvass is a blood purifying tonic made with beets, a starter (or whey) and fresh water. (add salt, ginger, turmeric and any other herb your heart desires). It is so simple, absolutely delicious, and feels great in the body.

There is more…..so many more. Let me introduce to you of my favorite fermented grains. One is Idli’s. If you have ever traveled to India, then you know what Idli’s are. The are made simple with fermented rice, water and salt. Of course there are many flavorful variations, but the basic batter is divine. I love them, as they take the place of wanting a fresh roll, piece of bread or biscuit at a meal. They have a slight sourdough flavor on on their own. So simple!

Here they are fresh from the steaming pot (like a poached egg pan). These are made with white and brown rice. Great with a meal, dipped in ghee, olive oil , or served with a chutney.

Another grain that can be fermented is millet. So many people have problems with absorbing the phytates, which actually have many nutritious compounds. Blend them dry, soak them and let them ferment to make a delicious cereal known as Ogi.

Once the millet batter has fermented for a day or two, heat it up (much like oatmeal), and serve with fresh fruit, raisins, and perhaps some kefir seed milk.

Kefir seed and oat milks milks can be easily be made from many nut and seed milks. If you are currently drinking oat milk, nut or seed milks that are store bought and pasteurized then you are drinking dead food with no life to them except some calories and very few nutrients. One can easily culture home made milks giving them, and you, life giving qualities that aide in digestion and absorption.

Here is a kefir milk made from hemp granules. All that is needed is a little maple syrup or sugar to feed the starter. What a gift these milks can give you - a little in smoothies, or a sip or two before meals, or a full glass when you want. A kefir milk can be made with oats and many other nuts or seeds. YUM!

Here I am at the Farmers Market in Maui about 8 years ago selling my Cultured Superfoods. Now you can learn all my methods for putting these great foods in your diet and life.

I am offering a Cultured Superfoods class where we will make all the foods mentioned above. We will make them together. I have found that people learn to make them when “they make them”. So, this is an experiential course where we will gather 4 weeks in a row and make them and harvest them together. Go HERE to find out more. Join us!

BONUS!

With this experiential “Cultured-Superfoods Course I am offering my complete set of “Raw, Cooked and Cultured” on line courses. This is the online course from my original 6-Set DVD series offering Raw Food Basics, How to Mix Raw & Cooked Together, along with Cultured Foods (Cultured veggies and Kefir). If you really want to learn how to make a plant based diet work for you, this course will offer valuable techniques for working with nuts and seeds to get the most value from them, how to use healthy fats for sauces and dressings rather than stir - fried or fried foods with bad fats, This is a fantastic course for anyone wanting to put more plant foods into their diet in the way that delivers simplicity and nourishment as at once. The best part is that the methods I offer are Delicious! Don’t miss out on learning how to eat foods that rock your taste buds and provide a satisfied and nourished tummy. Cultured SuperFoods Classes Coming UP

I continue to get asked to do classes on how to make cultured vegetables and other fermented foods that have become a staple in my diet and many others. When teaching fermented/cultured foods I found it is vital that we make them and harvest them together, otherwise people do not get to witness the process as it moves along. Making them is so simple, but it does take a little experience to witness how these foods change as they grow together.

For this reason, I am launching my first Cultured SuperFoods ZOOM class in a couple of weeks. Go HERE to find out more and to register. The Class starts on July 28th and there is limited space. Join Us!

Cultured Veggies are powerful for your health, provide the bio diversity your body loves, and the delicious flavors your palate craves. They can enhance every meal while providing excellent nourishing and detoxing benefits.

Take a look at the page HERE and listen to what Dr. Shade of Quicksilver Scientific has to say about their nourishing and detoxing effects of these powerful foods.

But, more than that, discover how good they can taste if you make the right blends. These cultured SuperFoods are way beyond Sauerkraut and yogurt. The recipes I use are created by combining a variety of veggies to create a blend of outstanding flavor and consistency making them easier to enjoy at every meal.

Join me and others and let’s PLAY.

Resistance Training - The #1 Thing I Did To Get My Vitality Back

I could say that resistance training was the number one thing I did to get my vitality back, but it would only be a partial truth. The truth is that it gave me back my brain, energy, stamina, and inspiration ……it gave me back my life.

Little did I know that more muscle means more everything. Many of you that know me know that I am a health geek, and I have always exercised over the years. I was a dancer, swimmer, runner, aerobics instructor, and dilly dallied in weight training and yoga. Then to take things more seriously as I aged, I took myself to a yoga teacher training when I was 67. I knew that the grueling experience would establish a strong practice in me, otherwise I might keep dilly dalliing. It worked and I am grateful for this practice that has kept me limber, open and pain free.

But a few years ago after my experience with Shingles, followed by some stomach issues, I lost a substantial amount of weight. I was already slender, but I became dramatically skinny. This is not good for an elder. It is extremely hard to put on weight when we are older unless we want to eat burgers, fries, milkshakes, candy bars, cocktails, and daily pastries. With stomach issues, I could hardly eat at all. I was often very tired and inspiration was a state of being I did not experience often. And, what happened to my quick brain?

I still would never have thought of weight training, or resistance training, to answer the call of my uninspired lifestyle. How could I get my vitality back? One day a friend stopped by to visit and told me she was working out “one on one” with a trainer on another part of Maui. He has his own studio gym set up in his garage. With garage doors open, excellent ventilation, and air-conditioning, he trains one person at a time, sterilizing after each client. Even though he has had Covid, he wears a mask. The great news is that the price was affordable. What a gift.

I began working out for 30 minutes 2 x a week. It was hard core resistance training with only 6 exercises (3 for the top, 3 for the bottom). The idea was to push myself to my own limit on each one. Down and dirty. Quick and efficient.

Within a few weeks I was vibrant again. I felt like a different person. My inspiration returned and so did my smarts. Of course, I did not look like a different person until about 3 months later. My protein intake also increased, which I will get into in another post. But, it took about 3 months to gain 6 lbs and show definition in my muscles. Yeah, I got my butt back. During this time I began studying the effects of resistance training. OMG, little did I know that building muscle is one of the very best things we can do for our aging bodies.

I am attaching a video here by Dr. Doug McGuff. Watch Dr. McGuff and discover what resistance training can do for, not just your vitality, and mood, but your overall health with regards to looming health problems for seniors - actually everyone!! I promise this will go way beyond anything you thought you knew about exercise and/or resistance training.

Watch Dr. McGuff here, and then if you want to contact me to share more, ask questions, or just visit, let me know. Susan@ChefTeton.com.

Just for giggles, while visiting with my gal friends, I love sharing my experience with them, and then spontaneously stand, take off my shirt and flex my muscles. I love watching their faces light up with surprise and awe!! So fun!

Please do yourself a favor and watch this informative video. I promise you will discover the profound benefits of resistance training and how it helps us to build a body to last a lifetime!

Aloha Blessings, Susan Teton

Salmon, Sardines, or Tempeh Salad

Here is another great high-protein lunch or even dinner.

Now and then I enjoy sardines. Wild Planet is a brand that cans sustainably fished sardines and other seafoods. They are the best tasting as well. If I’m going to eat fish, which is not that often, I only eat fish from Wild Planet Foods. The skin is included on the sardines, which gives them a higher collagen content. Canned salmon is another go to for me when I don’t have any fresh food in the house.

Tempeh (raw) is great high protein plant-based source that provides a nice crunch or alternative to a traditional “tuna” salad. You will note that as I strive for diversity, there are lots of little bites of incredible plant powered goodness in this meal.

I must say that the pinenuts on top, or on the side brings this sandwich to perfection!

Add to your protein of choice some vegenaise, or avocado mayo, chopped onions and celery. S&P as desired, and some cayenne.

Toast your whole grain or gluten free bread of choice and assemble. Serve with lots of micro greens, pinenuts and a side salad of cucumber and cultured vegetables. That is at least ( depending on the bread) 6 different plant powered bites. If you’re using Tempe then it bumped it up to at least eight.

Let’s put as many plants as we can into each meal so we expand our microbe population!

Enjoy!

Lemon Mint Edamame Pate w/Pine Nuts - A Great Gift

When I visit someone or go to someone’s home for dinner I like to bring a homemade foodie gift. Here is one that works perfectly. The host can either serve it, or store it in the fridge for another time.

Many of us, particularly as we age, need more protein. Making a pate from Edamame delivers a very tasty high-protein snack. Serve it with crackers, raw vegetables, spread on toast or include some in a wrap. Love this pate!

Instructions

1 1/4 cup of cooked edamame (I usually purchase them frozen, boil them and then store them in the fridge to use on salads and/or sprinkle on my plate for some plant diversity with lunch or dinner.

1/2 cup pine nuts (or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc..(I can’t vouch for pumpkin seeds)

1/2 cup fresh mint

1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice (I like a strong lemon flavor)

Salt to taste and a sprinkle of cayenne!

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.

Serve immediately or chill. Chill to store, It stays fresh for a few days.

No Cook - Ginger Turmeric Oatmeal w/Wild Blueberries

This dish has become my most favorite breakfast. Who would have ever thought of putting ginger and turmeric in oatmeal? I guess that would be me. I don’t remember how I discovered it, but it has become an all-time favorite. There are a few steps to it, but once you have some of the ingredients made it is a simple assembly line. No cooking.

I start with my own nut milk. I usually make hemp, sunflower, macadamia and or walnut. Hemp granules are my favorite and easiest to make. I would rather use walnuts for the topping.

instructions:

1/2 to 3/4 cup regular or gluten-free oats (do not use the quick cooking type)

Pour the milk of choice over it. Let it sit for about an hour. The oats will naturally expand so make sure you cover them with the milk. You may have to add more milk when you are ready to serve.

At the same time pull out a heaping 1/2 cup full of frozen wild blueberries and allow them to thaw.
Begin soaking a few walnuts for your topping.

Next, chop some fresh ginger and turmeric, probably about a teaspoon or so. For those of you who are just starting out the ginger may be a little strong so you might want to use a little less. Create it for your own taste.

When the oats are soft and the blueberries are thawed put all the ingredients together, chop your walnuts, a banana (or not), and any other fresh fruit you may want. Sprinkle them on top.

Finish the dish with a tablespoon or more of maple syrup. Enjoy!!

P.S. For the turmeric to expand its potency, you can also add a dash of pepper. I know, sounds a little weird, but it’s delicious and so very healthy, and satisfying.

A Super Quick Plant Based Lunch

I came home starving, and my pantry and fridge were a little low. I quickly toasted some quinoa, added the water and let it cook for about 15 minutes, while I opened a package of organic TastyBite, full of yellow split peas and spices simmered in tomato sauce. I picked some basil from my garden and topped it with chili flakes. Perfect. It tasted great, took me only a few minutes and I feel satisfied and fueled.

Understanding & Using Frequency Medicine

Wellness Frequencies-Healy Webinar 09/15/20 Hosted by Mart Reker

Why take a great moment and ruin it with the past.

On New Year's day, I was at a small gathering with close friends in my "covid safe bubble". During our hustle in the kitchen to get brunch out to the tables, one of my friends came up close to me, looked into my eyes, and asked with sincere interest, "Teton, how are you?" I responded, "I'm great!" The last 24 hours had been a blast. I was at a beautiful retreat center on Maui, had a good night's sleep, and was so happy to be in a social celebratory setting. So, at that moment I was "great"!

Within a beat, after my response, I remembered that I had not been great for months. It was like this little thing went off in my being. My memory of the past jumped in to remind me that I had been ill. I had the H-Pylori virus and extreme stomach aches…….blah blah blah. At that moment I could feel my energy shift into the memorized frequency of illness, which I still carried with me. Somewhere in me, I had to share that I had been suffering and unhappy. At that moment the frequency of my being was shifted from being joyous to burdened. I could see that he shifted as well. The light in his face dimmed as he showed concern and pity. This propelled me into contemplation.

After our brief visit, I recalled a saying I learned many years ago, "Don't drag yourself through the past to get to the present". I felt almost embarrassed, although I'm sure he thought nothing of it. But, as the day progressed I began to observe how that memory affected my frequency at that moment. I wondered how it affected him? I mean, really? Why be living a completely wonderful moment and ruin it with the past. What if I could have stayed in the presence of this lovely day without carrying the baggage of yesterday with me?

Well, we all know this is easier said than done. We have memory in our brain and tissues that are driving our "now present" state of being. Therapy, meditation, and other consciousness techniques are designed to uncover those big and little impressions that live deep in us. Moment to moment awareness is what is called for if we want to stay present.

I kept thinking about what happened that day, and it has stayed with me as a profound lesson. Since I have been ill for several months and had an extremely challenging year, this recent experience helped me enormously to become more aware of all the fear, doubt, and worry that lived in me. I know I am not alone during this turbulent time, so perhaps you can relate.

I love being healthy, feeling strong, having enough energy to take care of myself, play with my friends, and fulfill meaningful tasks. So, when I get ill I do everything in my power to "fix it", and this has been my mission. The most significant thing I discovered and truly inspired me is learning about the power of frequency, understanding it, and tapping into the very source that gives us life and takes us back. I tell the story above to provide an example of how our little conversations can have a direct impact on our health. Can we stay present, and not drag ourselves through the past to become present?

Everything we think and do creates a frequency. We know the holistic approach needed for vibrant health is hydration, diet, exercise, and the thought waves that control the mind. The mind is the biggest generator of frequency. We can do all the right things, but one low vibration set can bring the rest down. This brings being "mindful" to a whole new level.

To raise our vibration we must climb above negative emotions and thoughts, accept what is, decide to be happy, and move on to where we want to go. The choice is ours. I believe this is where we must focus our mastery. Those of us who are not monks, meditating 8 hours a day and having our meals made for us, may find this challenging.

In the next few blog posts, I will share what I learned about frequency, and how I used a device called "The Healy", an FDA medical device approved to help alleviate pain and depression, to assist me on my journey, and profoundly change my sense of well being. There is much more this beautiful device and the frequencies programmed for it can do, but the FDA's tyranny in the US prevents legal use of any other claims. In Europe and elsewhere it is a very different story.

There will be much more sharing along the way as I continue to heal from the wraths of Hy-pylori, ulcers and who knows what else. Of course, there will be yummy recipes too.

I posted a video about the Healy that runs for about 45 minutes. If you are interested in learning about the incredible benefits of frequency medicine and the Healy, please watch this. The man who hosts it is delightful and informative. You will be seeing more and more about frequency medicine, so it is good to be informed.

Join me in Aging with Vitality. Let's do this together as well as we can and enjoy the journey.

There will be much more to come, but please message (FB or email) me for a complimentary consultation if you would like to learn more right now!

Phenomenal Home Frequency Device- Time Sensitive

A ten minute video that explains this incredible device. ON SALE for one more day. Over 100,000 people are now enjoying the benefits of Healy - a personal wearable device which delivers Microcurrent and Frequency device.

The sale for the Healy has been extended until tomorrow - Wednesday Sept 9 @ 2:50 PST. The Healy is a medical device in the US for chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and arthritis, and depression.

What is a Healy? OMG! Since I sent out my last email about the sale I was flooded with interest and many questions I did not know the answer to. This propelled me into a marathon 3 days of learning, using and helping people purchase one. The excitement is inspiring to say the least. And, the results I have experienced are far beyond regular health. Breakthroughs are happening with the internal changes needed to help people become inspired and whole.

Sound too good to be true? Well, I say it is about time we have something positive in our lives that can assist us in being the people we want to be.

The Healy hardware is a small hand held device that relates to the hundreds of software programs that send a frequency relating to specific needs: inner balance, depression, mental needs, fitness, bioenergetic balance, meridian balance, skin, nutrition, beauty and so much more.

Because frequency medicine can be confusing to some and because it takes a bit to understand this incredible device and the software programs that are included, the above video was made by a colleague. It is only 15 minutes long and says it most of what you will want to know.

Of course the Healy will be available for many years to come, but there is a sale on right now that makes this affordable to many more people. The Healy device and the software packages ordinarily range from $500 to $2500, and are now on sale for $500 to $1500 (ish).

Watch this short video because even if you don’t want one now, it is good to start learning about frequency medicine, because it is the wave of the future of health.

With just running one program I felt a dynamic change in my overall well being and mood. Now, with a week of use I can report incredible deep sleeps, elevated mood and a calm and peaceful attitude (well most of the time). In addition there have been incredible results from others.

(HealyWorld.net) is a direct marketing company. For this reason the prices are affordable for household use. Most frequency medical devices range from 8K to 25K, and you have to go to a practitioner for each use. Now there is a device that you can use at home to analyze your needs, and promote recovery and well being. So cool!

So much to say here. The sale ends on September 9. Contact me with questions or if you are interested in ordering while the sale lasts. Of course, it will still be available after the sale.

Call or text: 808-250-1535.

With much excitement!!

Change, Exhaustion, Repair & Emerge

Change, Exhaustion, Repair & Emerge

Perhaps this is the story for many of you. We are all in the swirl of change, which is calling forth the deepest part of ourselves to show up. I hope you are all doing well and send love and blessings to those who have lost loved ones, been ill, lost their jobs, homes and/or your dignity and hope. It is quite a ride.

I, like many of you recently went through radical changes, which challenged me to the core.  Please read my story HERE if you care to take a little of the journey with me. From it you may relate to what it feels like to freaking go out of your mind and fall to your knees. I know that may sound a little dramatic, but that is how it was for me.

Change calls for transition and hopefully a new emergence. For me, it was like the journey of the Butterfly, painful but ultimately beneficial. Have I emerged as beautiful as one of those colorful winged ones? Well, I doubt that, but I did emerge as good as I know I can, which is all we can ask of ourselves.

I turned 75 in July, and because my challenges and changes drained every part of me, I emerged with a thirst to find everything I could to help us all reboot and navigate through the times, and inspire health and vitality through the already challenges of aging.

During, what I call, my radical two moves, I grew my white hair out, took some new pictures and launched Seed To Soul, an interview series to bring you the treasures available for us to Age Beautifully and with Vitality.

First up in the launch of Seed to Soul is Patricia O’Neill who is an expert on Flower Essences. Patricia shares the Power of Flower and how Flower Essences can help release trauma and so much more. There are some that can help dramatically while going through tough times, which was the case for me. My MOVE, which you can read about HERE is where I discovered just how powerful they are.

We need everything we can get to help us navigate through the enormous changes many of us are going through so that we can emerge like the Butterfly.

With Love and Blessings,
